We only collect the following personal information when you voluntarily provide it through our Wufoo form or when you make a donation through PayPal: name, email address, and phone number.

• Directly from you when you fill out our Wufoo form or make a donation through PayPal.
• Automatically through PayPal’s payment processing when you donate online (PayPal’s privacy policy applies in addition to ours).

We use the information you provide for the following purposes:
• Responding to your inquiries
• Sending donation receipts
• Internal record-keeping
We do not use your information for marketing purposes unless you specifically request to receive such communications.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with any third parties, except as required by law. Your information is stored only in Wufoo and PayPal, both of which have their own security measures and privacy policies.
